From a family kitchen in Bologna to a quiet corner of Riyadh.

Sladka's was founded on a simple conviction — that hospitality is the highest form of art. We opened our doors in Riyadh to share the table our family has gathered around for four generations.
Our executive chef, Marco Conti, trained in Modena under the masters of Emilia-Romagna. He arrived in the Kingdom in 2021 with nothing but his grandmother's pasta board and a notebook of recipes written in pencil.
Today, that notebook is our menu. Each dish is a memory, plated with restraint and served with care.
